CORRECTION REPORT: METASCHOLAR MEMO APPLICATION

Metascholar Consult Limited respectfully submits this correction report following the evening meeting held on Thursday, July 23, 2026, at 6:00 PM, during which several minor but critical issues were raised by the ICT Directorate and other stakeholders regarding the Memo Application. Upon receipt of these observations, our team immediately initiated a thorough review process. We consulted extensively with Madam Millicent, the current Human Resource Manager, and Madam Mercy, the former Human Resource Manager, to gain deep insight into the university's form workflows, approval hierarchies, and administrative protocols. Their invaluable guidance enabled us to realign the application with the university's actual operational procedures. We strongly affirm that all identified issues have been fully effected, rigorously tested in multiple phases, and validated by relevant stakeholders. The application is now stable, secure, and ready for deployment.
