A multi-receiver and multi-message anonymous ID-based hybrid signcryption scheme for secure data transmission
Abstract
The signcryption scheme ensures data confidentiality and authenticity, thereby securing message transmission, while the traditional approach provides no protection for recipient identity information. To preserve receiver privacy in communications, this paper proposes an identity-based hybrid signcryption scheme that supports multiple receivers and multiple messages, ensuring anonymity. A key design feature is the exclusion of explicit receiver identity lists from the signcryption structure, effectively safeguarding receiver privacy. By incorporating a public information set, the scheme allows each legitimate receiver to independently decrypt relevant messages. Formal correctness verification and security proofs demonstrate that the scheme provides reliable security and practical usability. Compared with existing schemes, it maintains essential security properties including confidentiality and unforgeability, while achieving enhanced anonymity and superior computational efficiency. This renders it suitable for the secure transmission of sensitive information in broadcast communication environments.
