Neural secret key enabled secure cloud storage with efficient packet checker algorithm

This article has been retracted at the request of Editor-in-Chief. The article duplicates significant parts of a paper that had already appeared in Proc. 10th ACM Conf. Computer and Communications Security, 2003, pp. 30–41. https://doi.org/10.1145/948109.948116. One of the conditions of submission of a paper for publication is that authors declare explicitly that the paper has not been previously published and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere. Re-use of any data should be appropriately cited. As such this article represents a misuse of the scientific publishing system. The Editor also found phrases that make some passages in the article difficult to parse because they deviate from standard technical terms. KeAi Ethics Team reached out to the authors for an explanation, but they failed to provide a satisfactory response. Consequently, the editor has lost confidence in the results and conclusions of the article and has determined it should be retracted. Apologies are offered to readers of the journal that these were not detected during the submission process. The authors agree with the retraction.
